Returns Eligibility

You may return your order within 30 days from the date you receive it.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in the original packaging
  • Be free from damage, stains, odours, or signs of wear

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, items that show signs of use, washing, or alteration cannot be returned. Any item returned in an unsellable condition may be sent back to the customer.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Venthia cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part

Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Include clear photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue promptly. In these cases, Venthia will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
